I went to one of the Barcelona Casual Runners Tuesday runs.

At 7:45 pm on a beautiful evening, I had the pleasure of joining a group of runners for a sunset run next to the beach. As we set off, the sun was slowly setting, casting a warm and golden light across the sea.

The route took us along the beach promenade, with the waves crashing against the shore and the sea breeze providing a refreshing break from the warm weather. The scenery was breathtaking, with the iconic Barcelona coastline on one side and the city skyline on the other.

The run itself was challenging but enjoyable. We took breaks to catch our breath and stretch our muscles, but the group encouraged each other along the way, keeping up the motivation and spirits high. Running alongside others is always a great way to push yourself and get the most out of the experience.

As we finished the run, the sun had set, and the sky had turned a beautiful shade of pink and purple. It was a stunning end to a wonderful run. We took a few moments to stretch and catch our breath before heading to a nearby café for some well-deserved refreshments.

Running next to the beach at sunset is an experience that I would recommend to anyone. The combination of physical activity and beautiful scenery is hard to beat, and the sense of community and camaraderie that comes from running with others is truly remarkable.

In conclusion, running next to the beach at sunset is an unforgettable experience, and I feel grateful for having had the opportunity to do it. If you’re looking for a way to combine exercise and relaxation, I highly recommend joining a group of runners for a sunset run next to the beach in Barcelona. You won’t regret it!
